The unique and challenging roles pastors and ministry leaders face are not always conducive to the work of the Spirit in their personal faith. BetterDays seeks to serve the leaders in the Church of Jesus Christ by offering them spiritual and personal direction on a regular basis.

Encounter is a unique counseling program to aid pastors and ministry leaders in achieving a formative, Christ-centered rhythm in their daily roles, both vocationally and personally. This conversation stirs the heart and the intellect. Clients work with Chad Karger to create exercises, disciplines, and a reading list that will make the most of their experience. Meetings are confidential and scheduled on a weekly or every-other week basis. The regular focus helps to create an overall healthy pattern in the leader¹s life.

Not a pastor or a ministry leader? Chad sets aside a limited amount of time for counseling (i.e. marriage, premarital, individual).
