2009 Fundraising Campaign
Whether in the church or in business, being a leader with integrity takes hard work and discipline. The support and encouragement of a coach or counselor is indispensable toward this end. For example, a recent study of Fortune 500 companies found that as many as 40% utilize personal coaching for their executives.
Business leaders and pastors face many of the same challenges. However, there are demands and challenges that are unique to those in church or in ministry. BetterDays is strategically positioned to support leaders in this field. Furthermore, by positively impacting the life of individual leaders, the mission of BetterDays impacts the Body of Christ as a whole.
Simply stated, the BetterDays mission is to support pastors and ministry leaders by providing personal care and learning experiences, which include contemplative and wilderness-based retreats. In the pages that follow, we explain this mission as well as explore the various services we offer pastors and ministry leaders.
Sincerely,

I would like to speak with you about BetterDays; an exciting ministry that I support with my finances and my time. BetterDays is working alongside the Church as it ministers to her leaders. BetterDays is in the midst of an exciting period of growth. We hope to see BetterDays teach, assist, mentor, and generally strengthen more pastors and other Christian leaders in 2008 than we ever have before. You can be part of that expansion by participating in our 2008 Fundraising Campaign.
Thanks you,
Harold E. McGowen III
